From frontline operations to software implementation.
I learned how software succeeds from the operational side first — where unclear ownership, fragmented information and poor handovers become service problems.

Operations taught me what software must actually do.
Eight-plus years in customer and service operations showed me where systems fail in real life: information scattered across tools, unclear ownership and processes that depend on memory.
That experience shapes how I approach implementation and support. I map the workflow, translate it into requirements and data rules, test normal and failure paths, document decisions and prepare users for adoption.
My UX/UI background supports clear interfaces and lower cognitive load. I am building practical foundations in SQL, relational data, REST APIs, HTTP/JSON, Postman, Git and troubleshooting, without presenting concept work as deployed software. Based in Valencia, Spain, I work across Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.
